The Working Group for Planetary System Nomenclature has approved new names for ten rupēs on Mercury: Alvin Rupes, Belgica Rupes, Calypso Rupes, Carnegie Rupes, Duyfken Rupes, Eltanin Rupes, Enterprise Rupes, Nautilus Rupes, Palmer Rupes, and Terror Rupes.
